Philosophy

How the practice is built

Four principles that shape every session at Wholistic Fitness.

01

No two classes are the same

Every session is built fresh around weekly and monthly themes. Two core classes will never look alike, which is precisely why students stay for years rather than months.

02

Yoga as the foundation, sport as the layer

One hour combines yoga, Pilates and bootcamp-style training on the mat — cardio, toning, strength and a closing meditation, all inside a single session.

03

Built around your limitations

Back, knee or neck issues, pregnancy, or a return after a long break: every workout is adapted per person. Ages sixteen to sixty-five practise side by side in the same room.

04

Healing the internal to change the external

Breathwork, kriyas and meditation cleanse and rebalance the system. Physical results follow the internal work, not the other way around.

Rogi, Bhogi or Yogi - what does your relationship with food say about your lifestyle? The idea invites us to look beyond what we eat and reflect on how often, why, and how consciously we eat.
Our newest addition is here: the Vibration Plate!✨ We’re always looking for ways to make your wellness journey more dynamic, and our newest addition is designed to bring whole-body vibration training into your routine.
Some workouts are better when you don’t do them alone.💪✨ There’s something about moving with a partner or a group that makes exercise feel less like a task and more like something you actually look forward to.
Hatha Yoga is where strength meets stillness.🧘‍♀️✨ There’s something special about slowing down enough to truly notice your body.
When everything feels overwhelming, go back to your breath. Some days you don’t need to solve everything immediately. You just need a moment to pause, breathe, and give your mind some space. 🌿
